In this class we will get a bit deeper into the expansive world of embroidery. We will spend time talking about different types of thread and the best ways to store and care for thread. We will also talk a little more in depth about needles and choosing the best needle for your embroidery projects. This sampler builds on basic hand embroidery stitches (such as the back & chain stitches). You will learn 7 new stitches including: blanket stitch, woven back stitch, wagon wheel, fly, seed stitch, heavy chain stitch, fishbone! This class is packed with new embroidery knowledge and plenty of great stitching practice!
