Bonnie D. is an art educator and ceramic artist. She has created functional, sculptural and conceptual pieces from clay and has exhibited around the Atlanta area and in galleries along the east coast.
She graduated with a major in graphic design and a minor in education. Bonnie has studied with major ceramic artists while attending the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts. She is a former Cub Scout and Girl Scout leader where she created art projects for her troops and for other troops. She recently retired from seventeen years teaching in an arts magnet school where she taught a variety of visual art disciplines. She has taught grades K-12 and enjoys sharing her love of art with all age groups.
