A group of ten lessons that will start with an understanding of the human desire to create art. Beginning with the imagery of Pre-Historic drawings on cave walls, we will move through Modern times. Lessons will be in both Spanish and English so that kids will understand the vocabulary of art in both languages. We will touch on Surrealism, Abstract Expressionism, Impressionism, Cubism, Realism, etc..
As we study the various artists, Kids will begin to develop their own preference for mediums and personal style.
